Client Contract

  • Our business bills based on a flat rate basis

  • A distance fee applies to locations outside of Comox Valley proper

  • Payment for cleaning services provided is expected within 24 hours of billing unless otherwise discussed

  • Client requests for additional tasks to be added to the clean must be sent directly to Hannah/operations manager for approval

  • Please note that many of our team have children and there may be circumstances where we have to reschedule due to this fact. We do our best to mitigate these factors

  • As a client you can expect us to act professionally and communicate clearly. If client needs more clarification we are happy to assist

  • As a client we agree to give you as much notice as possible about rescheduled cleans

  • We request that clients provide us with as much notice as possible if a clean must be rescheduled/cancelled

  • We request that clients contact us if duties are missed during their clean so we can rectify the issue

  • Extra touches to clean that are not included in the above estimate are not to be expected and will not be the same across the board. They are simply an added bonus to the clean

  • We cannot guarantee the same time slot every week though we will make effort to keep it consistent

  • We allow for an arrival window +/- 15 minutes of scheduled time to account for traffic and other situations

  • We request that when you or your family members are ill to let us know and give us the option of rescheduling

  • Cleaning space offered by operations manager will be held until 5pm Friday the week before the clean, thereafter space not guaranteed

  • Maintenance clean is a surface clean

  • We do not clean smoke damage

  • We do not remove garbages or do bedding unless previously discussed

  • We do not wash dishes and items need to be picked up off the floor and surfaces tidied so we can clean efficiently

  • We do not clean feces, blood, or urine from humans or pets

  • Required to provide Wi-Fi to Sonne Cleaning Co. staff for safety reasons as there are many locations in our service areas that have no cell service

  • If client is home we do not clean areas we have already cleaned

  • Estimate valid for 1 month after walkthrough

  • Client contract subject to changes and updates

  • Please inform us of any construction in your home that may affect our ability to clean safely

  • If power outage occurs we will wait 15 minutes and if power does not return we will reschedule the job

  • Will be charged 75% of the clean if cancelled less than 24 hours before clean. Cancelling last minute does not leave us time to fill empty space in the schedule

  • We do not remove garbage left behind from client for moveout cleans, unless previously discussed. We do remove garbage we accumulate through the cleaning process

  • We reserve the right to reevaluate cleaning fee after construction to clients home
